terms and conditions

By availing a commission slot and submitting your request, you are stating that you have read and agree with my Terms of Service and the following conditions stated below.

✳︎ General Terms

  • I have the right to decline commission requests.

  • Requests to create designs from scratch may incur an extra fee.

  • Turnaround time may last between 2–4 weeks minimum. This is subject to change based on complexity of the request, my schedule, and emergencies.

  • Max of 2 total major revisions only. Changes made beyond the revision limit will incur an additional fee. Please see terms on revisions for detailed breakdown on allowable revisions.

  • I retain the full copyrights over the final artwork.

  • I retain the full rights to share the artworks and any recorded video processes on my social media or use them for my portfolio, unless otherwise specified for personal reasons.

  • I do not condone my works to be used for any form of AI training, machine learning, NFTs, or tampering.

  • Commissioned work is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Strictly no reselling or tampering with the piece, whether for personal or for monetary purposes. Making prints for personal keeping is ok. Posting with proper credit is highly appreciated!

✳︎ Revisions

Illustration Process:

Allowable Revisions:

  • Sketching stage: 2 Major revisions, and/or minor revisions

  • Clean-up stage: Minor revisions only

  • Flats: Color revisions and tiny details only

  • Shading and rendering: No revisions allowed

Major revisions, pertaining to big portions of the character to the entire pose and composition.
Minor revisions, pertaining to only parts of the body or parts of the composition (ex. angle of the arm).
Color revisions, pertaining to the flat base colors of the elements.

✳︎ Payment

  • For Philippine-based clients: Gcash (PHP conversion)

  • For International clients: Paypal / Wise (USD)

  • Full payment, or at least 50% payment must be paid before starting the commission process. Final work will only be released after full payment is settled.

✳︎ Refunds

  • No refunds once I have started working on the commission.

  • No refunds for completed pieces.

  • Refunds will only be permitted if you have already paid the DP or full amount but I have not yet started the piece.

✳︎ Disclaimers

  • The prices indicated are for personal commissions. Requests for commercial work must be discussed prior and will come at a different price and follow a different timeframe.

  • Illustrated commission outputs are digital goods only with specified dimensions. If you have preferred dimensions, please let me know.

All personal information shared between parties will remain confidential and will be used exclusively for commission formality purposes and transactions only.

✳︎ Additional Fees

  • 60% base price per extra character within the illustration. (Current: Max 3 figures per piece)

  • 3-10 USD for complex additional props, depending on the type of prop.

  • 5 USD for rush bump. (Not applicable if I am not accepting rush commissions.)

  • 15 USD for one major revision past the revision stipulations indicated in the terms of service.

commission process

  1. Answer the order form and wait for me to get back to you.

  2. Once I confirm your request, you can start clarifying and confirming the commission details.

  3. Choose your pre-process payment option: 50% DP or full payment. I will send an invoice and payment details.

  4. I’ll keep you updated along each stage of the sketching/rendering process! I will also send a live updating queue so you can see at what stage your commission is.

  5. After I show a screenshot of the final work and you approve, transact your remaining balance. I will email the final commission to you.

  6. Your commission process is finished!
